
ROUTINE CHANGE

This day got me thinking about alott of things, not just today the past few days to be honest.
Been feeling slightly troubled about something i can’t rap my hand around, that feeling like i’m not doing something right or i’ve probably been neglecting important things involving daily development or u can say a healthy routine for self improvement.
So i decided to do more of that and see how it goes, by changing my routine making a little adjustment and doing things i used to do but i sadly stopped because of school and laziness 😀 like working out that’s totally on me lol .
And engaging more in productive activities to make me feel useful and also earn some extra cash been doing that but i didn’t actually take it seriously, wow i have a long way to go 😦
I even quit blogging for a while and that’s something i enjoyed doing.
So i’ve made up my mind that i will engage more on healthy routines while i’m free at the moment and see how it goes before i’m back in school again, and at the same time document about it here on if i’m making progress or not.

The DAILY HEALTHY ROUTINE may include:
TAKING CARE OF MY BODY : ENGAGING IN MORNING BODY BUILING EXERCISES/YOGA (to help feel healthy and that my body is being taken care of),
HYDRATING (this is one very important aspect),
NOURISHING MY BODY WITH GOOD FOOD AND NEVER RETRICTING (i’ve been told alott that good food does wonders, that’s something i,m sure we can all agree with),
SPENDING TIME TO CLEAR MY MIND AND TO REFLECT,
LOOKING GOOD (this leads to feeling good do whatever makes me feel comfortable in my own skin even more like building up my self confidence),
SELF DEVELOPMENT ( doing something everyday that moves me to be a better version of me like read a book develop some skill reflect more on my passion look for encouraging things to make me do better),
and lastly
BE PRODUCTIVE.
That’s all i can think of right now maybe along the line i’ll think of more

Add regular sleep to that list, something I’m not good at. I like my night time way to much and an early night for me is usually an early morning – as I head for bed at 1am.

Yhh I agree with you it’s very crucial
I emphasized on that in the episodes after this exact one

I went to bed at 10 last night. Listened to music … turned it off at 1. At least I’m consistent

Not consistent enough 😕
You should try abjusting the time spent just chilling in bed to either chat listen to music or whatever
Next time try making it 10 to 11:30 atlist if you can’t help it
So you get your complete 6hrs sleep it’s very necessary 😌

I’ve now set an alarm on my PC at 11.45 pm with the aim to be in bed by 12. Lets see if that works 🙂
