
Hyyy people
Wow!!!! I had a really busy day today, I plan on going to bed right after I’m done with this blog and fulfill my promise on making sure to update you all everyday on the progress I make.
I was up from bed on a decent time in the morning, I had to do a couple of chores which took longer then excepted, today I tried speeding things up a little because it felt like time was moving too fast and I really wanted to get the things I was doing at home done real fast before I went to go make me hair.
Right after I was done with my chores, I was ready to begin with my usual exercises.
As I mentioned today I wouldn’t be doing yoga instead I’ll be Exercising today,and below are the workouts practiced earlier today:
GLUTE BRIDGE
SQUAT (15 to 20 times atlist

LUNGES

PLANK (different from one of the usuals😌)
ABDOMEN CRUNCHES


MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

Today I tried speed things up a bit since I was trying to meet up with time so I maintained positions for 30sec
After I was done working out I drank alott of water hit the shower had breakfast after that, then I was out to go get my hair done which took really really long because they where alott of people in the salon, so I waited for my turn meanwhile before then I occupied my self by listening to music and at the same time getting work done #iworkonline so it could be done with my phone or laptop, and I also read a book online.
